We guide students in discovering programs and universities that match their skills, interests, and aspirations. Services include:

• Research & Shortlist Universities: Identify programs of interest, research institutions, and create a strategic shortlist.
• Understand Admission Requirements: Review academic prerequisites, standardized tests, language proficiency requirements, and any additional documentation needed for applications.We offer a variety of flexible formats to fit your busy schedule, including online courses, on-demand modules, and in-person workshops. You can choose the format that works best for you and your learning style.

Enrolled Students: $90/hour

New Clients: $117/hour

We ensure every component of your application is prepared and submitted accurately, giving you the best chance for success. Services include:

• Supporting Documents: Academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, personal statements / statements of purpose, resume / CV, and portfolios (if required).
• Test Planning & Submission: Schedule required standardized tests (SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, etc.), prepare thoroughly, and submit scores to universities on time.

Enrolled Students: $90/hour

New Clients: $117/hour

We help manage the application process from start to finish:

• Apply Online: Complete forms, pay fees, and attach all supporting documents correctly.
• Track Deadlines: Manage early vs. regular admissions, rolling admissions, and scholarship submission timelines to avoid missing critical dates.

Enrolled Students: $75/hour

New Clients: $85/hour

Prepare for university interviews with personalized coaching:

• Practice common, program-specific questions.
• Participate in mock interviews to build comfort and poise.
• Explore broader perspectives to develop thoughtful, well-educated responses.

Enrolled Students: $100/hour

New Clients: $130/hour

We guide students in identifying and applying for scholarships, bursaries, and other funding opportunities:

• Research relevant options based on eligibility and program fit.
• Provide guidance and support through the application process.

Please note that 50-minute strategic planning sessions cannot be extended. If you wish to discuss services in more depth, a subsequent session must be booked at the applicable service rate. 

Clients are billed the service-specific hourly rate for the time the consultant spends meeting with the family, as well as for any preparation time required for those meetings. 

All services are billed with a minimum of 1 hour per meeting.

If additional time is needed, sessions can be extended in 30-minute increments at the applicable service rate.

To provide transparency, all billing is supported with notes detailing the time spent in meetings and the preparation required for those meetings.
